Franciscan Convent and care facility is a beautiful modern building which is home to 26 elderly and retired Sisters and a dedicated team of staff. The role of the Housekeeping Assistant is to support the House Manager in providing the highest standard of service to the Sisters at all times. This is a role where you would be part of the small housekeeping team in providing a cleaning and general housekeeping service to the Franciscan Convent and a small number of associated houses on the Convent campus.
To be considered, you must be flexible in your availability to work during weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate will have worked in the hospitality industry and have experience in a similar role, but most importantly, we are looking for someone with a meticulous and energetic approach to their work, which they carry out to the very highest standard.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo Garda Vetting and provide excellent references.
