Responsibilities :
- Assisting the client in their daily activities;
- Paying due care and attention to all aspects of care duties carried out on behalf of the client;
- Providing a high standard of care, in compliance with Company Policies.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- No experience required as full training given.
- Candidates with previous experience managing a family member or worked in a care setting is an advantage.
Qualities :
Being genuinely compassionate towards people and being able to act with kindness, empathy, and patience on a regular basis are essential qualities of a care assistant. Another essential skill is having effective communication skills and the capacity to establish relationships with people.!
