TRANSPORT OFFICE /WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED
We are currently seeking a highly organised Transport & Warehouse Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and collections
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely transport operations
- Maintain up-to-date records on transport management systems (TMS)
- Track and monitor deliveries and provide status updates
- Process transport documentation including delivery dockets and PODs
- Handle customer queries and resolve delivery issues in a timely manner
- Assist with route planning and vehicle allocation for drivers if necessary
- Loading and offloading of day vehicles
- General office administration
- Good computer skills is necessary
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work off own initiative, efficient and organised
- Must have forklift licence, Aisle master experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or administration role required
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment at busy periods
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Polite, confident individual
- Management of day to day operations in a busy transport environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €41,000.00-€49,000.00 per year
