Sean Loughnane's Galway Ltd., a leading meat processing company, is seeking a number of General Operatives to join our Production Team on our Evening Shift (4:00pm – 1:00am).
As a General Operative, you will play a key role in our production process, working across a variety of production lines to ensure the efficient manufacture of high-quality products. The role involves operating machinery and equipment safely, maintaining excellent attention to detail, and consistently meeting our high standards for quality, food safety, and hygiene.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production targets.
- A reliable, flexible, and positive approach to work.
- Commitment to following health and safety, food safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
