ATEX Electrician – Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ATEX Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in hazardous and potentially explosive environments, ensuring compliance with ATEX regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical equipment in ATEX-rated areas.
- Carry out inspections, testing, and fault-finding activities.
- Ensure all work complies with ATEX directives and site safety procedures.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Complete maintenance reports and inspection records.
- Support shutdowns, commissioning, and project work as required.
Requirements
- Qualified Electrician with relevant trade certification.
- ATEX certification/training.
- Experience working in hazardous environments such as pharmaceutical, chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing facilities.
- Strong knowledge of electrical testing and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving licence preferred.
Pay: From €30.00 per hour
