Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our operations team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the core day-to-day warehouse functions—including picking, packing, shipping orders, receiving incoming goods, and maintaining precise inventory control through cycle counts and bin management.
The ideal candidate blends strong physical inventory execution with digital literacy, bringing hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities to keep our stock accurate and logistics running smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Logistics
- Pick, Pack, & Ship: Accurately pick products based on customer orders, pack them securely according to shipping standards, and process carrier shipping labels.
- Goods Inwards: Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments. Verify physical stock against delivery notes/purchase orders and record receipts in the system.
- Dispatch: Coordinate with couriers and freight carriers to ensure timely order pickup and delivery.
Inventory & Bin Management
- Bin Management: Organize, optimize, and maintain warehouse storage bins and locations to ensure maximum space efficiency and accessibility.
- Cycle Counting: Perform regular, structured cycle counts and physical stock audits.
Systems & Administration
- ERP Data Entry: Update and maintain real-time inventory records and stock transfers within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Excel Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel to import inventory data, track order processing metrics, and update log sheets.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired Experience & Technical Skills
- ERP Systems: Hands-on experience using an ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Sage, or Microsoft etc.) for inventory management.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data filtering, and formatting).
- Warehouse Operations: Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment handling goods inwards, picking, packing, and dispatch.
