Marketing Executive (32 hours -PRO RATA)
We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand development, and who enjoys managing projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, analytical, and highly motivated with a hands-on approach to marketing. A passion or strong interest in design and interior design is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating, scheduling and maintaining the company’s social media platforms
- Creating engaging content for all marketing channels including:
- Websites
- Newsletters
- Promotional emails
- Social media campaigns
- General marketing materials
- Assisting the Head of Marketing with day-to-day marketing activities and ongoing projects
- Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Organising and supporting exhibitions and company events
- Liaising with external partners including photographers, videographers, media agencies, and brand partners.
- Updating website content and assisting with website management through WordPress backend systems
- Monitoring campaign performance and helping develop new creative marketing ideas
- Producing post-campaign reports and performance analysis
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Assisting with SEO and digital advertising initiatives
Requirements & Experience
- Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing.
- 2 years plus previous experience in a marketing role.
- Strong interest in design and interiors.
- An eye for aesthetics, layout, and visual presentation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Experience using:
- WordPress backend
- WooCommerce
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Canva
- Photoshop or similar design applications
- Google analytics
- Google AdWords
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to see campaigns and projects through from planning to completion

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.

Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Waterford, County Waterford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
