We are seeking a reliable and organised individual with the ability to work independently to support and grow our business across the Dublin/Leinster region, as well as manage key accounts throughout Ireland.
The role involves maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships while ensuring the effective management of our distribution operations. In addition, there is a strong focus on driving sales growth through the development of new business opportunities alongside the retention of current accounts.
Duties will include: Complete daily delivery runs of company products in an efficient and timely manner; Identify and target potential customers to support business growth; Prioritise key accounts and customer opportunities; Plan and execute an effective weekly call cycle; Gather and share market intelligence to inform business strategy; Build, manage, and maintain strong internal and external relationships; Handle cash responsibly, including accurate processing and banking.
Essential criteria: Good geographical knowledge of Dublin/Leinster region; Knowledge of how to plan and implement weekly call cycles; Knowledge of computer applications; Able to work independently; Good organisation and planning skills; Field sales/Van sales delivery experience; Effective new business skills and a track record of consistently hitting targets; Experience of managing and developing existing customer accounts and client relationships; cash handling and banking experience.
Desirable criteria: Clean class C driving license; previous food service sales and delivery experience; Health & Safety qualification.
