- Serving beverages in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Engaging with customers in a friendly & helpful way.
- Upselling where possible.
- Working behind the bar preparing & serving drinks if required.
- Processing payments on the register.
- Ensuring that customers feel welcome, comfortable & are encouraged to stay & return.
- Work as a team player.
- Collecting & washing glasses.
- Ensure the bar & tables are kept clean & organised.
