We are investing in our property, our people, and our future – and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Assistants for our F&B operations. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the guest experience and bringing new life as we elevate standards and create memorable hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
· Working as part of the team in restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events.
· Drive service excellence, ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with the hotel’s vision.
· Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations.
· Build strong relationships with the local community.
Key Skills & Attributes
· Eexperience in food and beverage within hotels or high-volume hospitality venues.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest-relations skills.
· A passion for innovation, fresh ideas, and delivering memorable experiences.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a “hands-on” approach.
Pay: From €14.35 per hour
