We are seeking an efficient, proactive, and experienced Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations and manage the administrative functions of our office.
The general role requirements would be (but not limited too):
- General day to day running & organisation of the office
- Creating, implementing & maintaining efficient office procedures
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion
- Maintain bookkeeping system
- Answer, screen & direct incoming calls & emails
- Liaising with staff & clients
- Order & maintain office supplies
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
- A minimum of 3 years experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Have the ability to implement new administration systems
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills and be extremely organised, efficient and trustworthy
- Proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Be flexible with their responsibilities
Pay: From €28,000.00 per year
