We are hiring an organised and reliable Operations & Staff Coordinator to manage the day-to-day admin and staffing side of a busy events catering business.
Rumbles Restaurants delivers high-volume catering across corporate sites and large-scale public events. This role is key to keeping staff organised, events properly resourced, and admin under control.
This is a part-time role with consistent hours, but it requires someone who can take ownership and work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating 100+ part-time staff
- Preparing weekly rosters for events and contracts
- Managing staff onboarding (forms, registration, compliance)
- Organising payroll information for bookkeeping
- Managing and responding to emails (with direction initially)
- Maintaining organised admin systems for staff and operations
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills (essential)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confident communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous admin, hospitality, or events experience is an advantage
