Role Overview
As a Jungle Berry Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while preparing fresh açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items. You will work in a fast-paced environment and help maintain the high standards that our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, juices, and other menu items according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, kitchen, and seating areas.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Restock ingredients, toppings, packaging, and supplies as needed.
- Work as part of a team to maintain a positive and energetic store environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Skills & Requirements
- Barrista training is required and minimum 6 months of experience.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and busy periods.
- Previous hospitality or café experience is an advantage but not required.
