Due to continued growth HML are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join the team based out of our Buncrana Office with travel and on-site work required in Dublin.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent role.
Salary: Depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Role :
- Draft and manage monthly Project Valuations.
- Process monthly subcontractor payments.
- Track project budget.
- Report to Commercial Manager / Directors.
- Advise on Project Programme performance and monitor delays.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar).
- Must have ability to produce estimates, track project scope documents and review for changes.
- 5 Years Experience as a project Qs on civil engineering / construction projects.
- Experience in Cost control, Subcontractor management and budget review.
- Must be proficient in measurement software such as Cubit / Mudshark.
- Excellent knowledge of MS packages, Excel, Project etc.
- Experience in dealing directly with client repetitive on day-to-day matters.
- Full Driving Licence.
