Operations Manager:

· Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring all departments—front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance—run smoothly and efficiently

Coordinate and communicate across teams to maintain consistent service standards and a seamless guest experience
· ·
Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment and high levels of employee engagement
· ·
Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints or issues promptly, and implement improvements based on feedback
· ·
Manage budgets, control operational costs, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
· ·
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
· ·
Analyze occupancy rates, booking trends, and operational data to optimize performance and resource allocation
· ·
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain quality and efficiency across all services
· ·
Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and achieve business goals
· ·
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and vendor coordination
Salary from €34k+
