Carleton Cakes are currently recruiting new staff to expand our part-time evening only shift in our production & packing department in our busy bakery based in Cootehill, Co. Cavan. This is a seasonal contract until Christmas 2026.
The role involves working in the decorating & packing areas, focusing on attention to detail while producing high-quality products. This role involves using specialised equipment and ensuring that the highest standards are attained across the board.
We are seeking individuals who work well in a team, preferably with experience in food manufacturing but not essential and are able to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving production environment.
Requirements:
- Must have own transport and a good standard of English language.
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate (essential)
- Be aged 18 or over (essential)
Shift Patterns:
- Monday - Friday
- 6pm - 11pm / 5pm - 12am (TBC)
Attractive time & attendance bonuses are offered weekly.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: €14.15-€14.90 per hour
