Pharmacy Technician Trainer
Munster Region ( Working fron home 1 - 2 days per week )
Our client is a leader in pharmacy technology solutions, is seeking a proactive Customer Success Executive (Trainer) ( Pharmacy Technician Trainer ) to join our Munster-based team. This remote role involves extensive travel throughout Munster and occasional visits to other parts of Ireland, delivering in-person training, ongoing support, and customer service to our network of pharmacies.
We are searching for candidates with a background in pharmacy retail, ideally with hands-on experience using dispensary, ordering, or EPOS systems. You should be comfortable providing demonstrations, answering product queries, and supporting varied customer needs.
A full, clean driving licence is required as the role includes frequent travel, with a company car provided.
Key responsibilities include:
· Deliver training in retail pharmacy locations across Ireland on dispensary, EPOS, ordering, and Business Intelligence systems, typically to groups of 2–5 users
· Conduct engaging product demonstrations for existing and prospective customers, both in-person and occasionally online
· Build strong customer relationships through confident communication, support, and follow-up at every stage of the training and installation process
· Maintain accurate CRM records by logging customer interactions, queries, requests, session summaries, and next steps
· Test new software features and assist with customer system configuration and post-installation setup where required
· Deliver training notes and provide both onsite and occasional classroom-style training sessions for larger customer groups
· Travel frequently throughout the region and occasionally nationwide, including overnight stays when required
Essential Criteria:
· 3+ years’ experience in retail pharmacy, with strong knowledge of dispensary and EPOS systems
· Full, clean driving licence with flexibility to travel between pharmacy locations
· Strong relationship-building and motivational abilities, with a customer-focused approach that builds trust and reassurance in every interaction
· Quick learner, comfortable supporting and training users on new applications and technologies
