Experienced Chef de Partie required to join the energetic team at the Schull Harbour Hotel.
Working with a supportive Executive Chef and Head Chef, this is an exciting time to join the team and be part of all new menus and direction for the food concept of the hotel.
You will have flair and creativity and be happy to share and try new ideas. You will be available to work early and late shifts as well as weekends.
You will have completed HAACP training and have an awareness of allergens.
Fluent English is a necessity as is a permit to work in the EU.
The role will be a mix of breakfast and afternoon shifts so full flexibility is required.
