As Property Genie grows, we are seeking a highly motivated, competent, professional and experienced maintenance operative to join our rapidly expanding company.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced tiler/plumber with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in property maintenance, with a particular focus on tiling, bathroom fitting and plumbing.
Candidates must have a clean full drivers license and be of 25 years of age or older, as our team members will be required to utilise Property Genie vehicles, as provided to them, to undertake any projects.
Candidiates must be willing to travel as part of the job. However, most projects take place in the Wexford, Wicklow and Dublin area's primarily.
Candidates with industry qualifications, such as safe pass, safe handling, etc, or any other relevant qualifications, will be viewed favourably. On the job training will be provided, as required.
Experience in other areas of property maintenance, such as painting, electrical, external and internal maintenance issues, carpentry, etc, will be viewed favourably.
Pay: From €17.50 per hour
