We are looking for an accommodation assistant to join our team. We are a boutique 69 bedroom hotel close to the town centre.
Experience in a similar position is preferred.
Duties include:
- To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
- To clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards
- To clean corridors and public areas
- To ensure a high level of security at all times
- To report all lost property and maintenance requests to the manager
- Follows proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
- The ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills are also essential.
