Our client is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join their finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in West Dublin. This hybrid Finance Manager opportunity is ideal for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with experience in management accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audit, VAT, reconciliations, financial controls, team leadership, commercial finance and process improvement. Working within a professional services environment, you will support the Finance Director, lead a finance team and drive continuous improvement across the finance function.
Location: West Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €70,000–€80,000 DOE
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
The Opportunity
- Lead and mentor a finance team, ensuring the timely delivery of monthly management accounts.
- Prepare management accounts, financial reports and variance analysis.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
- Oversee VAT returns, reconciliations, journals and month-end processes.
- Support year-end accounts and external audit activities.
- Drive finance process improvements and automation projects.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support commercial decision-making.
About You
- Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role.
- Strong experience in management accounts, financial reporting and budgeting.
- Excellent Excel and financial systems experience.
- Previous people management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and organisational skills.
