O'Learys Spar Lissarda are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our management team in Lissarda.
Responsibilities for this role
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Collaborating with management team to maintain the highest store standards and drive sales throughout the entire store.
- Providing training, mentoring, and development opportunities for staff members.
- Managing merchandising and promotional changeovers within the store
- Supervising order receiving and stock control processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Enthusiastic, good work ethic and strong interest in developing a career in grocery retail.
- Fully HACCP trained
- Min 2 years previous management experience in grocery retail with fresh food focus.
- Practical hands-on approach to deliver top class customer service.
- Thrive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to continually improving standards
- Demonstrate a desire to grow and undertake additional responsibility.
