- Background in construction or general site work
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Solid understanding of building and retrofit practices
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Valid SafePass and Manual Handling certificates
- Full, clean driver’s licence
- Fluent in spoken and written English
