Responsibilities:
Coordinate the preparation of statutory annual accounts under Dutch GAAP, ensuring filing deadlines are met.
Work with team members to prepare and produce statutory financial statements.
Review reconciliations between statutory and US GAAP ledgers.
Calculate corporation tax provisions for inclusion in statutory accounts.
Oversee technical accounting research, including assessing the financial reporting impact of newly issued accounting standards.
Prepare year-end tax packages for submission to the Global Tax Group, responding to queries and providing supporting data as needed.
Liaise with auditors and tax advisors, responding to queries and providing required information.
Review quarterly corporation tax forecasts.
Support entity wind-down processes.
Manage accounting for acquisitions.
Build and maintain relationships with the Global Tax Group, Legal, Treasury, auditors, tax authorities, V&A, and other controllership teams.

Qualifications and Experience:
Professional accountancy qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CPA
At least five years of progressive accounting and/or tax experience
Knowledge of financial statement and annual statutory accounts preparation
Exposure to US GAAP and IFRS; experience with SAP or Workiva is an advantage
Knowledge of Dutch GAAP is an advantage
Proficiency in Excel required and AI applications as advantage
