Cronin Electrical is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
This is an office and site-based role, based in Kilbrittain, County Cork, with travel to various project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting Contract and Project Managers with material take-offs and quantities from drawings
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Assisting with estimating, tendering and pricing
- Supporting procurement and monitoring project costs
- Assisting with variations, quotations and project documentation
- Working with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors
What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified or currently studying Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Construction or fit-out experience is an advantage but not essential
- Strong numerical and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and IT skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
