- Showroom Manager – Sales & Operations
The Door Centre Galway is seeking an experienced retail or trade professional with a strong sales focus to take responsibility for both driving showroom sales and managing day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role where sales performance is key, combined with the responsibility of ensuring the showroom runs efficiently and professionally at all times.
- Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales performance and maximise every customer opportunity
- Manage walk-in customers, enquiries and quotations
- Ensure all quotes and leads are followed up consistently and professionally
- Take full responsibility for daily showroom operations
- Maintain high standards in presentation, organisation and customer experience
- Oversee staff and ensure accountability where required
- Ensure nothing is missed from a sales or operational perspective
- Experience Required (Essential)
- Proven experience in a sales-driven retail or trade environment
- Background in builders merchants, hardware, kitchens, flooring, or similar
- Strong track record of hitting sales targets and managing customers
- Experience running or taking ownership of a store, showroom, or department
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- €40,000 – €45,000 base salary (depending on experience)
