Salary: €52,000 – €58,000 DOE

Syntech Recruitment are partnering with an engineering contractor to recruit Platers for structural fabrication work in Dublin, with continuation onto a Dublin-based project.
Plater Responsibilities
· Fabricate and assemble plate components to specification
· Work from fabrication drawings and technical documents
· Prepare materials for welding and assembly
· Assist with installation of structural components
· Maintain high standards of workmanship
· Support fabrication teams to meet project deadlines
· Ensure safe working practices on-site
· Ensure all work is completed right-first-time
Plater Requirements
· Previous experience in plating or heavy fabrication
· Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
· Experience within industrial or structural environments
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Available for ongoing project work
