The Roost, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food Supervisor to join their team. Excellent package up to €20 per hour on offer for the right candidate.
This is a hands-on role where you will lead the front of house team ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the food operation.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in an Irish restaurant setting, be passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading a team.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction

Ensure efficient and timely food service

Handle customer queries and feedback professionally and efficiently

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and health & safety

Assist with team training, scheduling and performance
Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Irish hospitality environment

Strong leadership skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Flexibility to work weekends and busy trading periods
Required Criteria

A minimum of 3 years experience working in a Bar in Ireland
Desired Criteria

Experience in the Entertainment Industry
