We’re Hiring: 2 Full-Time Bartenders – Fishy Fishy Café, Kinsale
We’re on the lookout for two experienced full-time bartenders to join our team at Fishy Fishy Café, located on Crowleys Quay in the heart of Kinsale. We are looking for a bartending pair or x1 f.o.h and x1 bartender to take over our blue room for 4 shifts every week.
37 to 40 hours per week with hours available in our restraunt , x1 room to rent for the right person or couple.
What We’re Offering:

- Working week: Thursday to Sunday (Mondays , tuesdays , Wednesdays off )
- Shifts: 3pm–close in our Blue room
- Competitive salary + full share of tips

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years’ experience working in a fast-paced bar environment
- Strong cocktail knowledge and passion for mixology
- Confident running a full bar independently
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and deliver excellent customer service
