Customer Assistant – Retail & Online Orders
Supplements Direct – Gorey, Co. Wexford
€14.15 per hour | Part-time | 21 hours per week
Supplements Direct is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team in Gorey.
This is a varied role within a busy retail and online business. You’ll spend your time helping customers in-store, processing online orders and keeping the shop organised and running smoothly.
No previous experience in the supplement industry is required — full training will be provided.
Hours
Monday, Friday & Saturday: 11am–6pm
21 hours per week.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful service
- Helping customers find products and answering questions
- Operating the till and processing payments accurately
- Picking, packing and processing online orders
- Replenishing stock and keeping the shop looking clean and organised
- Receiving deliveries and putting stock away
- Helping with stock control and general store organisation
- Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the business
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Organised and pays attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive and willing to get stuck in
- Interested in health, fitness or nutrition — a bonus, but not essential
Previous retail experience is an advantage but is not essential.
We're much more interested in finding the right person with a great attitude than someone who simply has experience on their CV.
