Job description
At Collins Bar Dooradoyle we require a talented General Manager for our award-winning food and beverage operation
Candidate
- 3 years’ experience in a similar management role
- Proven track record
- Self-motivated
- Innovative
- People manager
- Good communication skills
Role
- Able to work in and control all areas of the food and beverage operation
- Fully responsible for all food and beverage stock control.
- Develop and implement a streamlined ordering system. Bar Manager will be responsible for ensuring a consistent margin remains at agreed %.
- Overseeing the operations of all reservations and bookings
- Good and consistent communicator to staff and customers
- Responsible for implementing agreed policy and procedure.
- Ensuring training to the required standard of all existing staff members & ensuring efficient recruitment and training of all new hires.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €50,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
