A busy and growing Health & Safety Training Company is seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrative to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Booking and coordinating training courses and maintaining the training calendar
- Maintaining training records and databases
- Preparing course documentation and certificates
- Updating Policies and Procedures
- Processing registrations, invoices, and payments
- Assisting trainers and management with administrative tasks
- Managing office supplies and general office administration
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Requirements
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Fluent in speaking English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Experience with training administration would be an advantage
Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
