Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Location: Hotel Woodstock, Ennis, Co. Clare
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily F&B operations across the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service.

Lead and motivate the F&B team to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

Ensure standards of cleanliness, food presentation, and service are consistently high.

Assist with training, scheduling, and performance management of team members.

Support the F&B Manager in stock control, ordering, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.

Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.

Barista and/or bar experience an advantage.
