Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of project activities.
Retrieve, compile, summarise, analyse, and present information/data on specific project topics.
Support the Senior Protection Associate with the development and implementation of the Protection strategy of the programme through research and additional support as required.
Conduct comprehensive vulnerability screenings of BOTP’s prior to individualised casework.
Utilise the Programme Standard Operating Procedures’ (SOP) to Support BOTP in state accommodation.
Support in coordinating with assigned focal points at State Accommodation Centres as required. Maintain coordination with diverse organisational units and external parties to initiate requests, obtain necessary clearances, process and follow-up on administrative actions, etc.
Disseminate key and accurate information to BOTP and referring cases with identified vulnerabilities, as necessary. Provide translation and interpretation services, as necessary.
Draft status reports, identify shortfalls, bring them to the attention of the supervisor and suggest remedial actions to address delivery gaps.
Draft correspondence on project issues; prepare and update reports, briefing notes, graphics, statistical tables, presentation and other forms of documentation.
Respond to complex information requests and inquiries; set up and maintain files/records; organise meetings, workshops and training sessions.
Participate in meetings and conferences; assist in coordinating implementation activities with local authorities, partners, United Nation (UN) agencies, intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations, donors and other stakeholders relevant to the project.
Assist in monitoring work of Implementing Partners (IP) and report non-compliances to the supervisor.
