With a focus on excellent customer service, we are looking for a Plumbing Sales Executive to join our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers at the trade counter, offering excellent service with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting products and providing advice on hardware, tools, plumbing and DIY.
- Process sales transaction, handle cash, and manage card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked trade counter area.
- Support with stock management, including receiving deliveries.
- Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively and confidently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Answer phone calls and emails.

Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm)
Overtime: Alternative Saturdays (4.5 hours - 8:30am to 1pm) paid at 1.5x rate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €41,500.00-€48,000.00 per year
