Community Support Worker
Location: Tullow, Baltinglass, Carlow and surrounding areas
We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to support individuals living in the community to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
The Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs. Duties may include:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting community participation and social inclusion
- Accompanying individuals to appointments and activities
- Providing companionship and practical assistance
- Promoting independence, choice and dignity
Essential Requirements
- Full, clean driving licence
- Access to your own car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, respectful and reliable approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
