We are seeking a passionate, friendly, and highly motivated Advanced Beauty/Skin Therapist to join our established and supportive team.
The Role:
This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and dynamic therapist who thrives in a busy, professional salon environment. The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving outstanding treatment results, and contributing positively to the salon’s continued success.Comprehensive in-house training, along with off-site brand and device training, will be provided to support your professional growth and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments to the highest professional standards.
Perform skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting client relationships
Confidently recommend and retail professional skincare products
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Ensure treatment rooms meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and innovations
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
Requirements:
ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO qualification (essential)Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the beauty or skincare industry.
Experience in advanced treatments such as peels, radiofrequency, IPL, and microneedling is advantageous. Strong consultation, customer service, and retail sales skills.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: €30,000 – €40,000 per year
