Harcon Contractors Limited is a construction company based in County Clare. Our main work involves the development and construction of residential houses.
We are currently looking for a Labourer/ General Operative to join our team.
Main Duties
- General site cleaning and housekeeping
- Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day tasks
- Moving, loading and organising materials and equipment
- Preparing work areas and keeping access routes clear
- Carrying out basic groundworks and general labouring duties
- Assisting with deliveries and collections when required
- Following all site safety procedures and instructions
- Wearing the required personal protective equipment
- Completing other reasonable site duties as directed
- Other site duties as directed by the site manager.
Requirements
- Previous construction or general operative experience is preferred
- A valid Safe Pass is required
- Manual Handling certification is preferred
- Ability to carry out physically demanding work
- Willingness to work across different construction sites
- Full driving licence is an advantage but not essential
- Competitive rate of pay based on experience
