DEALERSHIP SERVICE MANAGER POSITION
We at Leonards Motors Limerick are currently seeking a motivated Service Manager to join our busy Service Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at workshop efficiency, we want to hear from you!
As a manager, you will be responsible for working motivating your team of technicians, ensuring outstanding Customer Service and Efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to adapt quickly to challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspiration - Manage and inspire yourself and others, support each other to achieve your potential as a team.
- Customer Focus - Ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction by delivering prompt, quality service and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Operational Excellence -Adhere to Workshop Schedule, ensure Adherence to manufacturer guidelines, and maintain efficiency in Workflows.
- Performance Management – Work to KPIs such as Service efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Compliance - Ensure all operations meet legal and Manufacturer Standards, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration - Work closely with other departments, including sales, body shop, valeting and other teams, to ensure a Seamless Customer Experience.
- Stock Processing - Ensure stock guidelines are adhered too on a daily basis.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an automotive industry role within a multi-brand aftersales or service environment(Not a must but would be beneficial).
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and best practices(Not a must but would be beneficial).
- Exceptional Communication and motivation Skills, with the ability to be self-motivated and work with the team around you.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and Organizational skills.
- Proficiency in-service efficiency and reporting tools and computer knowledge.
- License to be clean free of any penalty points
