- Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted cold-calling campaigns and outbound outreach to identify and qualify 100% new business opportunities.
- Market Research & Mapping: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify potential clients, map out decision-makers, and build a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Commercial Coordination: Perform daily schedule and diary coordination for the commercial team to maximise testing and Expert Partner (EP) utilisation rates and streamline new client touchpoints.
- Proposal Administration: Document and prepare back-office administrative frameworks for client quotes and proposals to meet strict internal Turnaround Time (TAT) targets.

- Website Maintenance: Execute scheduled content updates and routine maintenance on the company website to ensure accuracy of market-facing information.
- AI Workflow Optimisation: Deploy and utilise approved AI tools to optimise administrative workflow efficiency and reduce internal turnaround time on routine tasks.
- Social Media Publishing: Perform regular publishing schedules across social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn) to support lead generation efforts, recording baseline engagement metrics for team review.
3. Systems, Data Integrity & Back-Office Support
- Database Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance and validation of internal client databases to guarantee 100% data accuracy and eliminate data entry backlog volume.
- Data Integrity: Record, update, and catalogue all incoming product and category data inputs, serving as the frontline baseline operator for commercial data integrity.
- Compliance Auditing: Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to audit client profiles and ensure total compliance with internal quality metrics.
Role Scope & Impact Metrics
Performance and impact will be measured directly against the following metrics:
- Lead Generation Volume: Number of net-new leads identified, contacted, and successfully qualified (Lead-to-Sales conversion rate).
- Operational Throughput: Adherence to strict Turnaround Times (TAT) for client quotes and back-office database update requests.
- Quality & Compliance: Zero-error rate on data inputs and strict adherence to administrative SOPs. Resource Efficiency: Reduction of time-waste through the effective use of internal AI automation tools.
YOUR PROFILE
- Recent graduate with a commercial mindset, eager to drive business growth and build a career in a fast-paced, target-driven commercial environment.
- Proactive Lead Generation: Possesses a resilient, confident communication style with a strong willingness to engage in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and market research to identify 100% new business opportunities.
- Operational Execution & Accuracy: Proven ability to achieve high accuracy rates in data entry, maintain CRM databases, and execute routine administrative procedures under tight deadlines.
- Task Ownership & Dependability: A disciplined self-starter who takes total accountability for personal targets, handles rejection constructively in sales outreach, and consistently meets throughput targets to prevent administrative backlog.
- Commercial Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally over the phone, via email, and across digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) while strictly adhering to company brand guidelines.
- Technical Proficiency: IT literate with the capability to strictly execute tasks inside Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel, leverage digital workflows, and utilise AI tools for maximum efficiency.
