Autoglass® Ireland, part of the Belron® Group, is seeking a confident, professional, and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our busy team. Our Call Centre works closely with insurance companies and internal scheduling teams to ensure customers’ windscreen glass is repaired or replaced quickly and efficiently.
What You Will Do?
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers and insurance partners, accurately capturing details
- Process requests efficiently using internal systems
- Coordinate with scheduling and repair teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Reassure customers and maintain empathy, professionalism, and confidence in all interactions
- Promote Autoglass® products and services where appropriate
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
- Participate in training and development to maintain performance standards

Essential Criteria
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Confidence on calls is essential — ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Strong communication, active listening, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or administration is advantageous
