To assist the head chefin food preparation and service
To ensure that at all times kitchen areas are kept cleanand organised
To maintain accurate inventory of all kitchen supplies and to notify head chef when supplies need to be replenished
To probably operate kitchen equipment
To adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Skills needed basic cooking, ability to follow recipes
Ability to work well under pressure
Good organizational skills
