McGreals Pharmacy Blessington is growing — and we are on the lookout for a Pharmacy Technician who loves helping people and enjoys being part of a busy, supportive team. If you’re great with patients and always ready with a smile, you’ll fit right in.
What you will be doing:
Prescription preparation – prepare & dispense prescriptions in a caring and professional manner.
Monitored dosing system – prepare and dispense monitored dosing systems.
Dispensary Ordering – to send and receive orders from wholesalers.
Pharmacy Claim – to prepare & submit the monthly claim to PCRS.
You will shine in this role if you have:
1+ year experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
Experience of MPS system.
Excellent communication skills as you will communicate with numerous different people every day, from patients to doctors and also the pharmacy team.
Professional manner and treat all customers with care, empathy and respect.
Positive attitude and very well presented.
Be able to work as part of a team while also able to work on your own initiative.
Don’t mind the occasional travel from time to time to one of our other locations.
Qualification: IPU diploma or equivalent.
Location: Main street, Blessington, Co Wicklow.
Days per week: 5 days a week (Between Monday and Saturday. Required to work every 2nd Saturday)

Hourly Rate: €16 to €19 (DOE)
