Exceed the Guests expectations by providing an excellent evening service

Cover Reception desk at night providing a very efficient check in and out service as well as meeting the needs and requirements of all guests

Conduct regular security checks

Serve the guests room service if and as required (food and bar service) or any additional services or facilities they may require

Ensure comfort and care of all guests & customers through the night

The Night Receptionist will be required to carry out night audits and reports
The Ideal candidate will have:
-
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
-
Previous experience in a similar position
-
Excellent customer service and immaculate presentation
-
Fluent English
-
Intermediate Computer skills or PMS
-
Administration Skills - ability to compile reports/nights audits
-
Ability to work on own initiative
-
Strict policy and procedural work ethic
-
Knowledge of H&S and Fire safety procedures
-
Suited to working through the Night
-
Ability to Conduct Secure Checks
-
Hold a valid PSA License preferable but not essential
-
Must be available to work over 25hrs
Fire training will be provided to the successful candidates as well as RSA and HACCP training.
