About the Role
We are an established event brand running high-energy, alcohol-free youth events for teenagers.
Our events combine a live DJ, dancefloor, interactive games and a strong focus on safety, supervision and professional event management.
We are looking for a mature, reliable and professional Female Facilities & Event Assistant to help manage the female bathroom and facilities area during our weekend evening events.
This is an important role within the event team. The aim is to help maintain a safe, respectful, clean and well-managed environment for attendees throughout the night.
Why This Role Is Needed
As these are teen events, the bathroom and facilities areas need to be properly monitored.
The person in this role will help ensure that the female bathroom area is being used safely and respectfully, that attendees are comfortable, and that any concerns are quickly reported to the event manager or security team.
Due to the nature of the role and the facilities being monitored, this position is open to female applicants only.
What You’ll Be Doing
Duties include:
- Monitoring the female bathroom and facilities area during the event
- Helping maintain cleanliness, comfort and privacy
- Making sure the area is being used safely and respectfully
- Keeping an eye out for overcrowding, inappropriate behaviour, vaping, alcohol use or other concerns
- Reporting issues quickly to the event manager or security team
- Supporting the general flow of attendees in and around the facilities area
- Providing a calm, reassuring and professional presence
- Helping with light event assistant duties when required
This is not a cleaning-only role. It is a supervision, safety and event support role.
Shift Details
- Shift length: 4 hours per event
- Typical hours: Weekend evenings, for example 7.30pm to 11.30pm
- Frequency: Casual recurring shifts, usually monthly or bi-weekly depending on the event calendar
What We’re Looking For
You should be:
- Female, due to the nature of the facilities being monitored
- 18 or older
- Mature, calm and responsible
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident interacting appropriately with teenagers
- Observant and able to spot issues early
- Professional, discreet and respectful
- Comfortable reporting concerns to management or security when needed
- Able to remain calm in a busy event environment
Previous experience in youth work, schools, hospitality, events, childcare, security support, sports clubs or similar environments would be helpful, but it is not essential.
The most important things are maturity, reliability, good judgement and a calm, professional manner.
Important Note
Parents trust us to provide a safe and well-run environment for their children. This role is a key part of that.
The event should feel fun and exciting for attendees, but our team must be highly professional behind the scenes.
Pay: €14.50 per hour
