We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in a junior support role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, motivated, and looking to build a career within recruitment and healthcare staffing.
No two days are the same at Inspire Medical. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the business across recruitment administration, compliance, accounts, and operational support activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Administration
- Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
- Managing candidate records and maintaining accurate database information
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
- Preparing candidate documentation and onboarding packs
- Assisting with vacancy management and advertising roles
Compliance
- Processing compliance documentation for healthcare professionals
- Conducting reference checks and right-to-work verification
- Monitoring candidate compliance status and renewal dates
- Ensuring all records meet regulatory and client requirements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance files
Accounts & Finance Support
- Assisting with timesheet processing and payroll administration
- Supporting invoice generation and client billing processes
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaising with clients and candidates regarding payment queries
General Business Support
- Providing administrative support across the wider business
- Building positive relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives when required
- Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Is confident communicating with people by phone, email, and in person
- Has strong administrative and IT skills
- Is proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team
Previous recruitment, healthcare, administration, compliance, or accounts experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
