Monday to Friday between 5.30am- 2pm
Responsibilities:
Mc Loughlin Butchers is seeking a Butcher to join our team.
Monday to Friday 5.30am-2.00pm. Saturday overtime also available.
Responsibilities each day,
- making burgers & sausages,
- labelling and packing
- Clean up at end of the day
Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area.
Factory experience an advantage however not essential.
Minimum two year of experience in meat cutting and knowledge of food safety regulations required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment essential.
