We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team at The Bosun for an immediate start.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge
- Ability to run your own section confidently
Advantageous:
