We are looking for a manager of a picturesque pub offering excellent drinks, food and events. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven professional with a minimum of 2 years experience of management in a hospitality setting. Experience in project management is a welcome addition but not a requirement.
What We Are Looking For:
- Running the week to week operations of the venue focusing on bar & floor service.
- Crew training for new and current team members on bar & floor service.
- Managing the in house booking systems / phones & emails & reports.
- Managing stock control / GP's and variances.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
- Leadership skills working with the team and performance KPI's being implemented.
The new hire will join a management team including a venue manager, promo team and Group Manager.
Pay: €18.00-€20.00 per hour

Experience:
