The Wellington is a new premium gastro pub opening on Upper Baggot Street, Dublin 4 — a three-floor venue with a food offering built around quality ingredients and consistent execution. We're putting together a kitchen team that takes pride in what they send out, and we're looking for a Chef de Partie who's ready to be a key part of it.
The Role
You'll be running your own section with confidence, working closely with our Head Chef to deliver a high-quality gastro pub menu. This is a proper kitchen role in a venue that will be busy — we're located near the Aviva Stadium in the heart of D4, with a corporate and dining clientele that expects the standard to be high every service.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant, gastro pub, or hotel kitchen
- The ability to own your section, manage prep, and hold standards under pressure
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, HACCP, and food safety compliance
